The UO AMA is a student-run marketing organization that aims to connect students with professional marketers and offer insight into the marketing profession through the avenues of solid leadership, strong communications, real-world marketing experience, and charitable involvement. The American Marketing Association (AMA) is the world’s largest and most comprehensive professional society for marketers, with nearly 45,000 members in 100 countries with 250 collegiate chapters. Our chapter offers a combination of campus events, professional guest speakers, and interactive site visits every term. Members also have the chance to gain great camaraderie and strengthen their leadership skills. The UO AMA is open to all students, regardless of major, who are interested in marketing. We meet every Wednesday in Lillis 162 at 6:00pm.
